Personnel Bios

Jerry is one of the primary authors and developers of the Diamond Point Analysis Methodology; a revolutionary product designed specifically for the mapping, measurement, analysis, improvement and control of Administrative and Operational processes. Jerry also co-authored the first office Lean Product adopted by the State of Iowa’s College System.

He was one of the first certified instructors and project leaders in the State of Iowa for Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques through the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the Iowa Manufacturing Extension Partnership. He has worked with over 400 companies, banks, organizations and institutions in helping them plan and improve their operations and processes along with developing their employees with the operating philosophy of Continuous Improvement.

Jerry has over 35 years manufacturing industry experience and has been President and COO of four companies, three of which were turnaround situations.

He has earned an MBA degree from Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio, and a BS degree in Finance from Arizona State University, Tempe, Arizona.

Tom also co-authored the first office lean product adopted by the State of Iowa’s Community College System.

Tom has over 35 years of management experience in technology and insurance industries.

Tom was one of the first certified instructors in the State of Iowa for Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques through the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the Iowa Manufacturing Extension Partnership. Tom has worked with over 300 companies, organizations and institutions in helping them plan and improve their operations and processes along with developing their employees with the operating philosophy of continuous improvement.

For over 15 years, Tom taught various management and organizational behavior classes for the Adult Student Program of Simpson College located in Indianola, Iowa and was honored with “Teacher Of The Year” in 1995 and an academic award of Lecturer in 1997.

He has earned a BS and MBA degree from the University of Minnesota.
